Refund Process
Refunds are provided for canceled orders before shipment, as well as for eligible returns. If an order is canceled before shipment, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For returns, after receiving the product and confirming it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be credited back to your account. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Products
